If you need to cancel your picnic or party, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. Please note that no refunds will be issued. Instead, you will receive a full credit towards the picnic or sleepover party of your choice that you can redeem within 12 months of your cancellation.

Yes! All picnics and parties must be reserved in advance. Picnic slots at each site are limited. If the pop-up location you love is sold out, please contact us at eatpicnicexplore@gmail.com (eatpicnicexplore@gmail.com)to get on the waiting list. If we have enough interest, we'll add more slots or another picnic date!

Don't even say it! Since we unfortunately can't control the weather, we will cancel for rain, storms, etc. We'll let you know via your email and contact info on file, and will give you a rain date. If that doesn't work for you, you'll have a credit towards the picnic of your choice to redeem in the next 12 months.

Eat Picnic Explore does not have licenses to distribute alcohol and cannot provide any alcohol for your picnic. At certain locations, alcohol may be available for purchase from licensed establishments, or bring your own alcohol may be permitted for clients over 21 years of age. At BYOB locations, you assume all liability for alcohol consumption.

Once you book your picnic experience, we'll send you specific instructions for parking and any details you need to know. On the day of the picnic, someone from the Eat Picnic Explore team will meet you and take you to your spot.

We now offer picnics for up to 10 people! Our standard picnic is designed for 4 people, but contact us (eatpicnicexplore@gmail.com)if you would like to add more!

Our standard picnic packages range from $199-$250 for up to four people, depending on site and permit fees, the included food, and any tour or admission fees.

Sure! You can absolutely bring items to add to the food already included in your picnic package. Sleepover parties do not include food.

Yes! We do offer some private picnics on days when we don't have pop-ups, where we set up the luxe picnic experience for 2 hours at your home or potentially one of our site partners. Please contact eatpicnicexplore@gmail.com (eatpicnicexplore@gmail.com)for details.

Guests will take home the provided favors according to the party theme. We will pick up and inventory everything else the day after the party.
